The purpose of this study is to: First, identify how organization commitment is affected by psychological capital of marine officer. Second, identify how job performance is affected by psychological capital of marine officer. Third, identify how job performance is affected by organization commitment of marine officer. To confirm this purpose, three research hypotheses were set up and surveyed. The results of the factor analysis for psychological capital were categorized as hope, resiliency, optimism and self-efficacy. The results of factor analysis for organizational commitment and job performance were classified into one category each.
As a result of hypothesis test through regression analysis, a hypothesis between psychological capital and organization commitment was adopted as a whole in terms of hope, resiliency, optimism and self-efficacy. A hypothesis between psychological capital and job performance was adopted as a whole in terms of hope, resiliency, optimism and self-efficacy. A hypothesis between organization commitment and job performance was adopted.
