And to enhance the competitiveness of global cities. Therefore, we propose a method to convert vacant room of high office into residence. With this method, it is possible to prevent huge economic loss due to surplus office, to make efficient use of land in the city, and to develop a vertical community, which can be an effective urban regeneration method that can invigorate the vitality of the city.
