The purpose of this research was to analyze the actual conditions and needs of teachers on "integration of curriculum, instruction, evaluation and record". To achieve research purpose, an online survey was conducted for teachers of elementary, middle and high schools within the Ulsan Metropolitan Office of Education. The main results of the study were as follows. First, the understanding of this integration concept was high, but the perception of the field application was less than that. Second, teachers perceived positively about the effect of the curriculum - instrucion - evaluation - record integration. Third, there were difficulties such as lack of physical time, psychological anxiety due to record for admission, absence of evaluation system for integration, and lack of practical expertise. Fourth, regarding the method of teacher training, the teachers most demanded administrative and financial support for training, followed by individual self-study, consulting with experts on school visits, and job training at the Office of Education.
