The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of job area activities on management's performance through learning motivation and self-efficiency. To achieve the purpose of the study, this study distributed a total of 500 questionnaires to chefs in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon from July 1, 2017 to chefs in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Incheon from July 15, 2017, and collected 440 questionnaires and finally used 428 questionnaires for empirical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, in the test that the expansion of the task area has a positive (+) effect on the self-efficiency of the cook, three factors of external activity, management participation, but not the ability effect. Second, the expanded scope of the cook's duties was found to have had a positive impact on the business performance. Third, in the test that self-efficacy had a positive influence on management performance, the efficacy of effort worked positively, but capacity - efficacy did not. From there, chefs need to expand their scope of work to bring about self-efficiency, but from the company's point of view, there is no effect on the company's performance. Therefore, measures must be taken to maximize sales. The results showed that the cook is highly effective. Despite the limitations of this study, the need for research to broaden the scope of the cook's work is growing. Therefore, future studies suggest that based on this study, the detailed factors of task scope expansion should be subdivided to maximize learning motivation and self-efficiency.
