전북 전주시 완산구의 토양으로부터 국내 미기록종인 균류를 분리하였다. 형태학적 특징 및 ITS영역, ${\beta}-tubulin$, $EF1-{\alpha}$ 유전자를 이용한 계통학적 분석 결과, 토양에서 분리한 균류는 Diaporthe tectonae인 것으로 확인되었으며, 본 연구를 통해 D. tectonae가 국내에 존재함을 최초로 보고하였다.
