This study is a study on the establishment of an information strategy plan for the machinery facilities industry for the safe and efficient maintenance and maintenance of machinery facilities. The environmental analysis and current state analysis required during the establishment of the information strategy plan for the mechanical equipment industry were limited to the scope of the research. As the Mechanical Equipment Act was enacted, it is necessary to establish and operate an information system that can systematically manage and utilize information and data related to the mechanical equipment industry in accordance with Article 7 of the Act (Establishment of the Mechanical Equipment Industry Information System).
Construction-related information systems built in Korea are divided into administrative information management systems, construction service industry-related information management systems, and association and group information management systems. In the mechanical facilities construction, technical standards should be reviewed in the design and construction stages, and in the construction stage, pre-construction checks and pre-use inspections should be conducted. In addition, in the maintenance phase, a maintenance manager must be selected from the building subject to maintenance, and maintenance must be performed in accordance with the maintenance baseline.
In addition to the current status analysis and environmental analysis conducted in this study, various stages of analysis such as target model design and integrated implementation plan are needed to establish an information strategy plan, and prediction of work load and data load required for administrative processing is required.
