Over past few decades, angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) combined with a high-flux synchrotron radiation has emerged as a powerful technique to measure the electronic structure of materials. The typical beamsize of ARPES experiments at the surface of samples is about 30 ~ 100 micrometer, which is termed microARPES. Recently, this beamsize is reduced even further to the range of nanometer scale, which is the so-called nanoARPES.
