TAZ is known as downstream regulator in Hippo pathway and promoting cell proliferation. Metabolomic approach of TAZ in Leydig cell has not yet been achieved whereas TAZ and Hippo pathway has been studied in stem cell. This study tried to discover the metabolic alteration and pathway changes of TAZ downregulated Leydig cell.
