When tumor cell grows, it goes through reprogrammed metabolism and understanding this process is essential in tumor treatment. Especially the dysfunction of cancer lipidome during malignant transformation of breast cancer is needed to be explored.
In our research, we applied multi-layered lipidomics and transcriptomics in breast cancer progression. In this, spheroid-induced epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) model was applied.
