As our society has a need for a way to practice the environment using small food in daily life during COVID 19, food mileage is defined as a value obtained by multiplying the transport distance by the transport volume of agricultural products, which is the basis of food ingredients. For the environmental aspects, this would be an effective means of investigating the food ingredients by carbon dioxide emissions depending on the transport vehicle or truck.
In 2019, this paper calculated food mileage and carbon dioxide emissions for sixth business entities that provide products using local ingredients.
