The purpose of this study is to understand more specifically and systematically such things as the composition factors, emotions, consumer awareness and behavioral analysis of the food bath cafe felt by the users of the foot bath cafe. Finding out the difference between visiting a foot bath cafe with friends and family is also conducted. A total of 12 respondents participated in the interviews of the study and the results of the interviews indicated that the foot bath facilities, food and beverage, and the view of the sea provided by the foot bath cafe were important factors that make up the foot bath cafe. Customers" feelings after experiencing the foot bath cafe turned out to be positive when they are satisfied with the components. The positive feelings at this foot bath cafe were shown to be more willing to positively recommend or talk to those around them who have not yet used the foot bath cafe or revisit the future. Accurately satisfying what customers who use foot bath cafes want is a great help to make foot bath cafes more successful and stable. The theme of foot bath cafe is unique and fun for customers, which is why it is very helpful to build a positive image. This analysis of the emotions and behavior of visitors to one of the theme cafes presents more practical and useful implications for the management of the foot bath cafe. This study will provide various implications for foot bath cafes.
