The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of real-time classes perceived by students in university Chinese language classes using the IPA method and to determine improvement plans. As for the subjects and methods of the survey, university students from D and K regions who experienced non face-to-face real-time classes were randomly sampled, and a survey was conducted with the final 84 students. The programs used for data coding and analysis were SPSS 26 and EXCEL, and the mean of each item, standard deviation, paired sample t-test, and IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis) were analyzed. The results of the IPA analysis are as follows. First, the maintenance area includes items such as C1** (interaction between instructors and learners), F2* (appropriateness of evaluation items), and F3* (fairness of evaluation). This is an area that the learner considers important and has a high level of satisfaction, which implied the current level can be maintained. Second, the focus area is the area that the learner considers important but needs to be improved most urgently due to the low satisfaction level. This area includes D3** (the amount of individual assignments after class) and F1* (measures to prevent test cheating). Third, the gradual improvement area is an area of low importance and low satisfaction. This area includes B3* (rules for prioritizing presenters during class), C2* (interaction between learners), and D1*(time devoted to performing individual tasks in class). Fourth, the overachievement area is not considered important to the learner, but has a high level of satisfaction. There were no statistically significant items.
