To establish tumor model is essential for the development of treatment for tumor. Thus, we need to investigate detail information of time required for tumor induction, minimum concentration of ChMP (canine mammary gland adenocarcinoma derived cells)s, growth, metastasis in establishing a model of tumors using nude mice. In this study, we aimed to establish a tumor model and to analyze induction efficiency of tumors according to the number and concentration of cells administered by injecting ChMP to nude mice. We injected ChMP cell with more than 90% confluency which we grafted into the dorsal part of cervical vertebra of nude mice by subcutaneous injection. Each group was divided into three, which consisted of 5 mice.
