To evaluate the safety of DMZ-109, 121 and 129, natural herb effective in anti-allergic, we performed the single oral dose toxicity test in Balb/c mice. In order to calculated 50% lethal dose (LD50) and approximate lethal dose (LD), test articles were once orally administered to male and female Balb/c mice. The animals were distributed into 8 groups of 5 mice per group according to their body weight. After administration with each sample (500, 1000 and 2000 mg/kg), the mortality and changes on body weight, clinical signs, gross observation, organ weights (heart, lung, liver, spleen, kidney and reproductive organs) ... 전체 초록 보기
