The purpose of this study was to investigate how the resilience of domestic adolescent athletes affects their pro-social behavior as a way to cultivate sociality of athletes. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to adolescent athletes enrolled in 23 middle and high schools in Seoul and Gyeongju in 2020 using the judgment sampling method. There was no questionnaire that was judged to be insincere, so all 400 copies were used for the study. SPSS/WIN 25.0 was used for data processing, and the statistical techniques used in this study were reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, frequency analysis, independent sample t-test, one-way variance analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. Scheffe’s post-test was performed to verify the difference between individual groups. At this time, the significance level of all statistics was set to p<.05, and the analysis results are as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the resilience according to the general characteristics of athletes, significant differences were found in gender, age, Sports events. Second, as a result of analyzing pro-social behavior according to the general characteristics of athletes, significant differences were found in the sports category. Third, as a result of analyzing the effect of resilience of athletes on pro-social behavior, optimism of resilience, empathy ability, cause analysis ability, self-efficacy, and active challenge have a positive (+) relationship in sports personal ship of pro-social behavior.
