Burdock (Arctium lappa L.) roots are using as traditional medicine due to high content of bioactive compounds and antioxidant properties. In this study, ultrasonic extraction parameters such as solid to water ratio (20-40 g/ml), sonication time (60-100 min), and sonication temperature (40-60°C) were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM).
