Hemp(Cannabis sativa L.) seeds (HS) has been traditionally used for textiles and household goods since ancient times, and has recently been used in various ways for foods and functional foods. Hemp seeds, which has removed hallucinogenic components, are in the spotlight as a material for functional foods due to its positive nutritional and functional effects. HS is usually prepared as oil type because of its rich unsaturated fatty acid contents, which can prevent chronic diseases by inhibiting cholesterol levels in the body.
