People all over the world have recently been interested in foods related to immunity and various studies are in progress to develop functional foods using wheat. This study aims to confirm the immune-stimulating and anti-inflammatory effects of wheat sprouts extract (WSE). First, it was confirmed that the WSE at concentrations of 25 and 50 μg/mL promotes the proliferation of RAW264.7 mouse macrophages.
