When oxidative stress damage muscle cell, it can cause skeletal muscle loss associated with muscular dysfunction. The aim of this study was to confirm the protective effect of fermented soybean peptides fractions on oxidative stress-induced C2C12 myoblast cell. The soybean peptides were obtained by fermentation using protease from Aspergillus Oryzae at 55℃ for 24 h, followed by ultrafiltration through 10 Kda membrane and lyophilization.
