In this paper, the verification is conducted to confirm the effect of the level of informatization on the performance of the company. In order to accomplish this research objective, we draw out key factors in company’s informatization level and sustainability, performance by examining previous studies. And we identify the impact of informatization on sustainability, and then analyze the relationship between sustainability and performance. In order to carry out such research, a conceptual research model was designed and we designed the hypotheses based on the research model that we want to verify and confirm it through case studies. From the research result, we present the direction of software company’s informatization in the future for company performance and identify what factor of informatization plays an important role in software company’s sustainability management.
