In general, the imperfect ruling form of Nabu and its outskirts gradually declined from the end of the 3rd century to the beginning of the 4th century, and then the centralized ruling form of the castle unit seems to be generalized in Koguryo. The researchers found that the local governance system of Koguryeo had been structurally two or three stages since the fourth century, and are specifically examining the roles and responsibilities of the provincial commanders. However, the present study seems to have been made in order to prove the existing conclusion that the gradual development of the ruling system. Therefore, in the future, researchers need to analyze the nature of Koguryeo's national sovereignty and carry out research to look at the overall national character. There are three types of fodder related to Koguryeo history: the founding period to 3rd century, the 4th to 5th century, and the 6th and 7th century. In this article, we divided paragraphs based on these three periods and examined previous studies. In addition, the study of regional dominance and ethnocentric dominance has been further summarized. And I will present my own analysis and prospects.
