Climate change is emerging as a new variable in terms of international relations and large scale diplomacy, and the nature of climate change is caused by a series of battles surrounding carbon emissions allocation, resulting in carbon emissions from each country, resulting in decreased carbon emissions by climate change. Against this backdrop, China has plunged into a “reduction paradox” and a “dillema paradox” in response to conflicts and conflicts in the wake of the climate change treaty and conflicts of energy and the ecological vulnerability of climate change. In this thesis, the approach to China's climate change policy was adopted by the International Relations Theory, and analyzed the internal and external factors of the process of the trajectory of the Chinese climate change. The paper examines the pros and cons of the Chinese climate change stage, and suggests a vision, and recommends a policy proposal. China's “Responsible Great Power” strategy is based on globalization, global governance, and China's “Peaceful Rising” policy. It can provide the international environment for China to achieve international reputation and development. China's U.N. diplomacy provided a special place for China to hold a special role in the diplomatic and security spheres, and to establish a strong role in international security, development, and other international affairs. China is striving to strengthen international cooperation on global climate change through climate change, establish a responsible image of responsible nations, and push forward China to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contribute to the participation of advanced countries and developing countries. At the same time, China's “Responsible Great Power” strategy is constrained by the complex zero-sum game rule of international politics, national competence, and mechanism of international politics. How play a role in the framework of the climate change strategy? How can China expand its voice in the international community? This is a homework that needs to be addressed in the future, and the Chinese government's initiative and urgency is required.
