Luo Guanzhong’s ＜San Kuo Chih Yen-i＞ has different views of the characters, but Zhuge Liang of shu is the same favorite figure among The Three Kingdoms. This is because Luo Guanzhong described Zhuge Liang as a man of extraordinary ability who reached the realm of the gods to defeat the enemy. However, to this day, the fundamental reason why Zhuge Liang became the representative of loyal ministers comes from his book ＜Chu Shi Biao＞. But in the qing dynasty, the trend of textual research, then on the ＜Latter Chu Shi Biao＞ started a debate. Much of the pseudo-argument starts with a suspicion that the facts mentioned in differ from, or originate from, the true history. It is compared with ＜Former Chu Shi Biao＞, in terms of the psychological state and expression of the author, the gap between them is very large, it is difficult to be sure that the same character wrote. Based on the argument of this kind of forgery, this paper verifies once again the forgery of ＜Latter Chu Shi Biao＞, and its pseudo- author designates Zhang Yan, and has a negative attitude towards the academic designation of pseudo-author as zhuge. This is because if kucera pseudograph to advocate the northern expedition after ＜Latter Chu Shi Biao＞, the content should exist on the legitimacy of the northern expedition and inspire the morale of the troops of the text, but it existed from the pessimistic and full dull tone cause suspicion of the northern expedition, can’t give sure of victory, and belittling Zhuge Liang and founding the sun ce. Therefore, this paper argues that the aim of the pseudo-author of is not to advocate the northern expedition, but to make other attempts. It can be found in many ways that there is a close connection with Zhang Yan’s political line in the forgery of ＜Latter Chu Shi Biao＞. This paper wants to make a concrete and comprehensive analysis of the pseudo- argument of ＜Latter Chu Shi Biao＞, but is limited by the lack of data, based on the situation at that time, the author’s political position, the real cognition reflected in the work and the use of words. It is hoped that more data can be drawn to study in the future, and some scholars have further analyzed the pseudo-argument of in detail.
