As the information oriented society has arrived, it needs to activate the electronic legal procedure more than before. I think that the electronic documents at the electronic legal procedure will be one of the means we should overcome to utilize it properly. Since the computer system appeared, actually the electronic documents have been around us at all times regardless of the electronic legal procedure. And the importance of electronic documents has been emphasized more and more, after the electronic legal procedure activated. So did especially from the aspect of admissibility of evidence for electronic documents. This article reviews the considerations of the admissibility of evidence for the electronic documents. And it explores some attributes of electronic documents minutely and brings up some implications for the electronic legal procedure occasionally. It also attempts to reform or upgrade the provisions of the electronic legal proceedings. Someday the electronic legal procedure system will be closely related to our lives and I hope that this article will help to see it.
