The digital revolution and the increasing use of the internet has developed E-commerce as a new way of conducting business. In international trade, Global Business to Business E-Commerce Model as Bolero Service based on Bolero Bill of Lading and Trade Card System has been developed. And The eUCP was in force as of 1 April 2002 and definitions such as electronic record, electronic signature, format, paper document, received was redefined to take account of the electronic age.
