The purpose of this study was to develop a model that would demonstrate a structural relationship between delivery app users" perceptions of service quality, app tiredness, payment system, and intention to use the app, as well as empirically validate this relationship. In addition, this study aimed to verify the mediating effect of app tiredness and payment system in the relationship between users" perceptions of service quality and intention to use delivery app service. The study subjects were male and female who have used delivery app services in Jeollabuk-do Gunsancity. For sampling, convenience sampling was used among non-probability sampling methods. SPSS 24.0 and Amos 25.0 programs were used for data analysis. The results are as follows. First, it was revealed that the perceived service quality by delivery app service users had a impact on the app tiredness, payment system experienced while using the app. Second, it was revealed that the perceived service quality, payment system by delivery app service users had a impact on the intention to use. But it was revealed that the perceived tiredness delivery app service users had not a impact on the intention to use. Third, it was found that app tiredness did not mediate in the relationship between service quality and intention to use perceived by delivery app service users. Forth, it was found that payment system did partial mediate in the relationship between service quality and intention to use perceived by delivery app service users. Food delivery app service users" perceive is good and feel that it is useful for payment convenience and intention to use. And feeling tiredness but useful increases satisfaction with the service, which can be said to be linked to continued intention to use.
