The purpose of this study is to investigate the ASRM variables, workload-related variables, and ACWR of pro-youth soccer players and how they affect each other, in addition to GPS variables. ASRM variables measurements include Muscle, mood, fatigue, stress, sleep quality, sleep duration, intensity, and intensity and are based on collected data, acute workload, chronic workload, and ACWR. Total distance, high-speed running distance, sprint count Spearman"s Correlation Analysis was performed. A significant correlation between ASRM and GPS variables was performed post-analysis on a multiple linear regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, correlations between ASRM variables, GPS variables, and ASRM and GPS variables were somewhat significant. As for the correlation between variables in the ASRM method, Muscle, mood, fatigue, stress, sleep quality, and sleep duration showed a close relationship between each variable. Sleep duration showed a positive correlation with ACWR and sprint count among GPS variables, and both chronic workload and ACWR were correlated with GPS variables chronic workload and ACWR. In addition, sleep duration showed a positive correlation between ACWR and sprint count of GPS variables. In conclusion, it is interpreted to mean that the ASRM method can reflect the GPS method, and the s-RPE method can also determine the ACWR and prevent injuries. Due to the small number of subjects in this study, it will be difficult to generalize the results of this study, and it is judged that it is desirable to proceed with the follow-up study with additional subjects.
