In this study, relationship-oriented classes refer to classes aimed at forming a friendly relationship between teachers and learners at all stages of class design, execution, and evaluation. The case of the researcher"s relationship-oriented class was introduced, and the student"s evaluation was summarized. This study also summarized what is needed to lead the relationship-oriented class to success.
First, the teacher must express their knowledge, experience, emotions, and thoughts before asking the learners about their knowledge and emotions. According to the survey, learners feel receptive toward the teacher"s active self-expression, and actively participate in class activities. Moreover, teachers should recognize learners ashavingequivalentcommunicationcapabilitiestothem . Based on this perception, teachers and learners should continue to communicate with each other. Then, the learner will be able to communicate independently. Finally, the purpose of communication in class should be changed from the delivery of class contents to communication that creates a relationship between humans. Through this communication, both learners and teachers can grow humanely.
