This study examined behavioral intention of each age group through a TRA model to resolve the information gap between generations about the intention to use smart health. This study emphasized an exogenous variable and whether it had a strong impact on intention to use and perceived usefulness. 300 survey respondents participated in the study and were divided into the lower-aged and the elderly groups. It was discovered that the elderly group was more sensitive to perceived interactivity, perceived usefulness, and intention to use. This research can provide a base for the development of digital technology and smart health services in an aging society in the future.
