Objective: This study defined the concept of CMF design product experience quality with systematic literature review method. This concept is used or developing CMF design products.
Background: Consumer"s purchasing standards are changed from functional products to emotional products. And tactile satisfaction is needed. So, the importance of CMF design has increased. It can be helpful for product development planning by defining the concept of product experience quality using CMF design.
Method: The study about "CMF" was analyzed using a systematic review. To secure the reliability of reference literature, a total of 102 articles were analyzed, targeting only KCI-registered publications. The final 15 papers were analyzed after excluding papers that did not contain the concept of experience quality. The 15 papers were classified into three categories using the Affinity Diagram.
Results: As a result of the Affinity Diagram, the thesis was classified as "Product experience quality, CMF with user experience, CMF as space". By analyzing the corresponding category, the CMF design product experience quality was defined as "composed of a combination of CMF elements and individual emotions felt for the target product in a space within a specific environment".
Conclusion: CMF design is an important factor in product design. It is necessary to check how the CMF design affects the experience quality of the product. By understanding the trends and research contents of CMF design, it was possible to define and structure the concept of CMF design product experience quality.
