Despite optimistic outlook and a step-by-step recovery policy, The number of COVID-19 infections is increasing rapidly. Also the era of 'With COVID-19', where people coexist with COVID-19 and daily life, has arrived. In this era of uncertainty with low predictability, it is necessary to fully focus on risk management and preparation of countermeasures. This study aims to develop a MICE management framework and guidelines for the With COVID-19 era based on the CMP international standard and the PMBOK for higher usability and systematic management. Domains were classified according to CMP domain and skills of International Standards, and individual processes suitable for MICE management were derived based on PMBOK. As a result, 26 detailed processes and guidelines for MICE that can respond to the With COVID-19 era were established. In addition, customizable sample questions were presented that could inform organizers and attendees and help build trust in measures to reduce the risk of transmission. The MICE framework was developed using international standards such as CMP IS and PMBOK, which could not be applied in previous studies, and systematic guidelines to respond to the With COVID-19 era were developed to improve the practicality of the MICE industry and the quality of risk management. Despite the significance of this study, it has limitations. Based on this study, it is necessary to update the framework and guidelines reflecting the situation and specificity of the domestic MICE industry through continuous research.
