The current study aimed to investigate the association between beauty YouTube motivation, self-esteem and coworker relationship of male workers in their 30s. It is expected that results obtained from this study can be positively used to develop self-esteem and coworker relationship. Total 404 questionnaires were distributed among male workers in their 30s. SPSS 21.0 program was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, information acquisition, economy and interest, and sub-factors of beauty YouTube motivation were important in forming self-esteem of within the male workers in their 30s. Second, economy, interest and information acquisition were important in developing their coworker relationship (coworker’s support, intimacy, mutual trust, royal behavior, responsibility). Third, the workers’ self-esteem was important in forming their coworker relationship (coworker’s support, intimacy, mutual trust, royal behavior, responsibility). The findings of this study revealed that beauty YouTube motivation, self-esteem and coworker relationship had close association with each other. Furthermore, information acquisition, economy, and interest of beauty YouTube motivation were the most important factors in developing the workers’ self-esteem and coworker relationship. This implies that the usage of beauty YouTube can help form their self-esteem and amicable coworker relationship. To gain more insight, further studies on male beauty according to occupation and age will be conducted in more detail in the future.
