This study attempted to present academic and practical implications by providing basic data on human resource management in the Korean travel industry by verifying through empirical analysis to investigate the relationship among networking behavior, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment of travel agency employees. The final 213 copies were used for analysis through the Naver Office program from May to June 2021 for employees working at travel agencies registered nationwide. The collected data were subjected to frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and simple regression analysis using the SPSS 22.0 statistical program and the analysis results are as follows. First, all four sub-variables of networking behavior of travel agency employees had a positive effect on job satisfaction, second, all four sub-variables of networking behavior of travel agency employees had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Third, it was found that the job satisfaction of travel agency employees had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Based on these analysis results, academic and practical implications are as follows. It is meaningful that the framework of the concept was organized by applying networking behavior, which is being studied mainly by general companies, hotels, and airlines, to the travel industry. In addition, by providing basic data for human resource management in the travel industry, it can be a starting point to solve the manpower shortage in the travel industry in a serious crisis situation.
