"Hallyu(The Korean Wave)“ centering around popular culture won't last for more than 10 years. For this reason, we believe that we need to find the way of the following points: 1. With regard to how to conduct cultural exchange, it is desirable that arts and popular culture smoothly exchange variously between people and the industry. 2. We need to have system in Korean culture to be settled down systematically, standing on the basis of government support. 3. To settle the systematic study on Koreanology in foreign countries, we need to establish the related departments of Korean language or Korean studies in many foreign universities. Cultural exchange should be fully reciprocal two-way relations between the two parties, involving research on cultural codes and policies of each country without claiming any competition or confrontation between the two countries and the advanced plan of exchange should be developed to come into close relation.
