The purpose of this study is that the purpose to identify the 12 weeks in the form of classroom-type exercise handicapped to participate in the project (Team Sports, individual stocks) is psychological happiness and how it affects the movement lasts performed. Participants in the number of participants over the age of only 40 physically disabled persons are divided into a total of 23 people participated in the sedentary group eleven volleyball archery group 12 people. Using the SPSS 21.0 statistical program advance, posttest data were calculated for the mean and standard deviation, and population (stting vollyball group, archery group) with repeated measures analysis of variance for the two won time (pre and post) (2-way [2 ] RM ANOVA) was carried out. All statistical significance level was set at .05. The first study, showed that between-group differences in the immersion of the factors of psychological well - being of each child in accordance with the Physically Disabled exercise form, self-realization, immersive, showed differences depending on the measurement point from the competence factor, fun, immersive, competence in the mutual effect of the group and were measured at the time. Second, the tendency of each sub-factors of sustained exercise carried out in accordance with the movement of the Physically Disabled form, potential, sex differences were measured according to reinforce the point. When you try a more general result, got involved in physical activity is Physically Disabled receive a positive effect on exercise adherence and psychological happiness carried out, the exercise group showed greater psychological change than individual stocks.
