The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship between the age and the changed national park visit behavior after COVID-19 for visitors to national parks. The research subjects were 5,424 people who had visited national parks, and the research method was analyzed using Chi-Squared test and frequency analysis. The analysis results are as follows. First, it was verified that there is a difference according to age in all factors of the visit behavior (mountain type, visit date, companion type, accommodation status, type of accommodation, whether or not you climbed the top of the mountain, and climbing time). Next, based on the results of examining the ratio of motivation to visit national parks and visiting activities by national park type (mountain type/urban type/marine & coastal type), the visiting characteristics by age group were derived. People in their 20s enjoy "flogging"-type tours focusing on volunteer activities, experience programs, and low-lying walking in a short period of time. Those in their 30s are somewhat divided into two extremes for the purpose of visiting national parks, such as climbing the summit/lowland walking, and they select and visit parks suitable for achieving their goals. However, in the end, the common purpose of pursuing is to appreciate the scenery, which can be said to be an age group that considers it important to see with your own eyes and receive healing through it. Most of the visitors in their 40s enjoy various types of programs that they can participate in with their families, and they can be said to be the age group with the high consumption power. People in their 50s prefer mountain parks with excellent views from the top, although it is a rather rugged and difficult hiking course when climbing. In addition, it was found that people prefer places where they can see temples and cultural properties and enjoy hiking alone. Those over 60 years of age enjoy hiking for the purpose of improving their health, focusing on weekend group gatherings. Based on these research results, useful implications for establishing a national park tour policy were proposed.
