Objective: This study aims to investigate the relationship between personality type and delivery platform preference by conducting platform UIUX, user experience value analysis, and user preference test.

Background: Recently, MBTI has become an issue online and is referring to relationships by using MBTI in various fields. With the trend of "upward equalization of technology", how to solve technology with services that meet user convenience has become more important than the technology itself. Therefore, delivery platforms also need to study UIUX, a differentiated platform that elicits customer preferences, and customized platforms according to propensity should be provided.

Method: Through a literature study on propensity according to four classification criteria and 16 personality types, we identified two personality types that show significant differences in preferences by platform. In addition, a survey was conducted to confirm that differences in preference characteristics for delivery platforms UIUX appeared depending on the target ENTJ and ESTP personality types. Next, through UIUX analysis of delivery platforms, we checked the differences in core values by platform and derived core values for users when using the platform by utilizing Journey Map and Empathy Map. Since then, Prototyping has been conducted on two concept test alternatives focused on key values derived using Figma.

Results: In terms of value when using the delivery platform, ENTJ tends to value "usefulness" by reflecting the tendency of systematic "J", and ESTP tends to value "fun" by reflecting the propensity of fluid "P". Then, as a result of the Journey Map and Empathy Map, it was confirmed that usefulness, fun, convenience, and intuition were important values when using the platform. Among them, it was confirmed that "usefulness" and "intuition" showed the most significant difference in UI/UX design preference, and during the analysis process, "fun" was confirmed to be a value included in "intuition". As a result, two value keywords, "usefulness" and "intuition", were derived as major core concepts.

Conclusion: ENTJ and ESTP were found to have differences in key values of delivery platform use, and as a result of user value analysis, "usefulness" and "intuition" were confirmed to be the key values that showed the most significant difference in UI/UX design preference.

Application: Through this study, it is expected that users" experience in using delivery platforms will be improved by providing customized services according to their propensity, not just providing various and innovative functions.
