This study aims to investigate why elderly people do not use senior compound play facilities. The purpose of the study is as follows. Explore deeply why the elderly are disapproval to use the senior compound play facilities. This study was conducted for elderly people over 65 years of age. Also, this study was conducted for elderly people who visit at least once a week in the vicinity of Senior compound play facility or senior compound play facilities. First, it is morphological disapproval. It seems that the form looks like the children are playing and the children are playing and it is difficult to use because of the people''s gaze. The second is functional disapproval. Functional disapproval simultaneously impairs the physical function of the elderly person and the risk of facility function. Third, it is an information disapproval. A lack of knowledge of how to use a senior compound play facility means that you have a sense of discomfort. It is meaningful for the elderly to examine the related problems as a disadvantaged group. This study analyzed and interpreted the senior complex play facilities which is part of the welfare of the elderly. The semantic disapproval of the Senior compound play facility was actually a few elderly people using with the rationally purposeful action. Actually, it seemed that the naming did not play a big role. In addition, the formative disapproval of the Senior compound play facility appeared to be disapproval due to the value rational action. It seems that the functional formality their pursue is poorly fit and rarely used. The policy of ''2030 Sports Vision'' aims at expanding sports facilities that are closely related to life. When this is done, it is necessary to consider the type and function of the facilities, the users, and the usage information of the facilities.
