This study aimed to investigate the structure of sport for all policy acceptance network by analyzing influence factors of policy acceptance for policy targets and related policy participants affecting them through those factors. For the study purpose, this study collected total 11 subjects with 5 members of sports-for-all clubs, 2 staffs and 2 instructors of local sport councils, and 2 directors of sports-for-all clubs, and, conducted depth interviews and surveys to gather study materials. The study results of AHP and social network analysis on those materials were as follows. First, in the distribution policy acceptance network, as a policy target, members of sport-for-all clubs were mainly affected by directors of the club mostly through policy target factor. As a policy implementer, staffs of local sport councils were mainly affected by colleagues and policy makers mostly through policy content factor. As an another policy implementer, instructors of local sport coucils were mainly affected by policy makers mostly through policy environment factor. As a bystander, directors of sport-for-all clubs were mainly affected by policy makers mostly through policy content factor. Second, in the regulation policy acceptance network, as a policy target, members of sport-for-all clubs were mainly affected by directors of the club mostly through policy environment factor. As a policy implementer, staffs of local sport councils were mainly affected by their superiors mostly through policy implement factor. As an another policy implementer, instructors of local sport coucils were mainly affected by colleagues mostly through policy content factor. As a bystander, directors of sport-for-all clubs were mainly affected by policy makers mostly through policy content factor.
