For the sustainable development of Korea, this study proposed an ESG-related approach that would help Japanese learners find employment when ESG Mandatory disclosure has recently spread. The solutions are as follows. By 2030, all KOSPI-listed companies are also included in the mandatory ESG disclosure, so it is expected that companies will lack related personnel. Therefore, by adding 'ESG'-related content to the lecture plan or curriculum for Japanese learners, they are systematically exposed to ESG, a global issue. In addition, it was suggested that the Japanese language subject name should be specifically composed, such as "exploring ESG in basic Japanese", and that ESG-related contents should be included in the lecture plan. In this way, if Japanese learners are combined with ESG-related curriculums in secondary and higher education and then increase their exposure frequency to develop ESG capabilities, it will help revitalize employment chances.
