연구목적 본 연구는 뉴 노멀시대 디지털전환(DX)과 미래산업에 대한 사회적 동향을 분석 및 규명하는데 주된 목적이 있다. 연구방법 이 연구는 2021년 8월 1일부터 8월 30일까지 디지털사회 각 분야의 전문가 15인을 대상으로 심층면접법과 콘텐츠분석방법을 적용하여 분석하였다. 결과 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 뉴 노멀시대에 대한 인식은 온라인 언텍트 생활의 일상화, 4차 산업혁명 기술 기반 미래 비젼 구축, 보건환경에 대한 시민의식 증대, 대한민국 중심 혁신 아이템 구축 문화 형성 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 둘째, 뉴 노멀사회의 방향성은 대한민국 트렌드 중심 가치확립, 바이오산업 중심 선진의료 시스템 구축, 4차 산업기술 중심 기술 패권국 역량 강화, 디지털 기반 공유사회 구축 등의 요인이 도출 되었다. 셋째, 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 기업 및 시민들의 삶의 질은 개인위주 사회와 경제의 양극화, 디지털 사회로의 가치관 및 환경의 전환, 디지털 기반 서비스 시스템의 활성화, 속도조절을 통한 사회적 안정화 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 넷째, 4차 산업혁명 중심 미래산업 전망은 스마트헬스케어 및 힐링산업, 4차 산업혁명 중심 지원 및 개발, ESG 인간중심 미래산업 구축, 디지털 한류 문화콘텐츠 개발, 시장경제의 자율성 부여 및 성장 등의 요인이 도출되었다. 결론 대한민국과 같이 빠르게 디지털사회로 전환되어져 가는 환경에서 대한민국의 독특한 문화유산을 중심으로 미래로 도약할 수 있는 소프트파워지수를 높이는 노력을 하여야 한다.

PURPOSE The main purpose of this study is to analyze and identify social trends regarding digital transformation (DX) and future industries in the new normal era.METHOD The main purpose of this study is to analyze and identify social trends regarding digital transformation (DX) and future industries in the new normal era. RESULT First, the perception of the new normal era was derived from factors such as normalization of online untact life, establishment of a future vision based on the 4th Industrial Revolution technology, increase in citizen awareness of the health environment, and formation of a culture of building innovation items centered in Korea. Second, the direction of the new normal society was derived from factors such as establishing values centered on trends in Korea, establishing an advanced medical system centered on the bio industry, strengthening the capabilities of a technological hegemony centered on the 4th industrial technology, and establishing a digital-based sharing society. Third, the quality of life of companies and citizens due to the 4th Industrial Revolution is affected by factors such as polarization of individual-centered society and economy, transition of values and environment to digital society, activation of digital-based service system, and social stabilization through speed control. This was derived. Fourth, the outlook for future industries centered on the 4th Industrial Revolution includes factors such as smart healthcare and healing industry, 4th Industrial Revolution-centered support and development, construction of ESG human-centered future industries, development of digital Korean cultural content, and granting and growth of market economy autonomy. This was derived. CONCLUSION In an environment like Korea that is rapidly transitioning to a digital society, efforts should be made to increase the soft power index that can leap into the future, focusing on Korea's unique cultural heritage.
