The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for establishing a planning method that can induce eco-friendliness in all stages of planning, construction, and operation of industrial facilities, thereby promoting efficient use of energy, low carbon emissions, reduction of environmental load, balanced development with nature, and promotion of human health and comfort. To this end, the purpose is to derive awareness of industrial facilities and the importance of eco-friendly factors based on a survey of the general public, including manufacturing workers, regarding industrial facilities. Through this study, we aim to apply a planning method that promotes eco-friendliness in the planning, construction, and operation stages of industrial facilities, thereby ensuring efficient energy use, low carbon emissions, reduced environmental impact, balanced development with nature, and enhanced human health and comfort.
