Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and essence of the workplace experiences of married immigrant women. Methods: TFor this phenomenological study, 10 married immigrant women who have established families in Korea and are currently employed were recruited using a convenient sampling method. In-depth interviews were conducted with all participants. The participants' interview data were analyzed using Giorgi's hermeneutic phenomenology approach. Results: Six main themes and 22 sub-themes related to the workplace experiences of married immigrant women were identified. The six main themes are: helping with adapting to life in the host country; establishing new interpersonal relationships; facing challenges that need to be overcome, the bright light at the end of the tunnel, the dark side of discrimination; and the winds of change within the family. Conclusion: There is a need for social systems and educational programs specifically designed for working married immigrant women. Additionally, training for preceptors who will guide these individuals is essential to help them adapt effectively to the workplace. The study revealed that married immigrant women can better adjust to life in Korea and contribute to their families' stability through their workplace experiences. Therefore, it is crucial to focus on creating a discrimination-free workplace and fostering a stable employment culture for married immigrant women.
