Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational badness behavior on job stress and internal satisfaction, which affects marketing performance, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Recently, there are social issues related to organizational badness behavior and job stress and in order to clarify this, organizational badness behavior was investigated by defining it as abusive supervision and conflict behavior for human relationship. Furthermore, the effects of job stress on internal satisfaction were identified and the moderating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between job stress and internal satisfaction was verified.
Research design, data, and methodology: For research purposes, education service companies and public service companies were surveyed, and 220 copies of valid samples were used for analysis. The analysis method proved the reliability and validity of the scale through Reliability analysis, confirmation factor analysis, and correlation analysis, and used simple regression analysis and adjusted regression analysis for hypothesis verification.
Results: First, it was found abusive supervision had a positive effect on job stress, and conflict behavior for human relationship was shown to have a positive effect on job stress. Second, job stress has been shown to have a negative effect on internal satisfaction. Third, it was found that self-efficacy moderates the relationship between job stress and internal satisfaction.
Implications: Based on the above research results, it is necessary to increase internal satisfaction for internal marketing performance, and it is necessary to reduce organizational badness behaviors so that internal customer job stress can be reduced and internal satisfaction can be increased. Also, since self-efficacy controls the relationship between job stress and internal satisfaction, it is necessary to create education, training, and organizational culture to enhance the self-efficacy of internal employees.
