This study is to grasp a structural relation between of cosmetology worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction with customer orientation. A survey of 518 cosmetology workers in Seoul, Busan, Daegu and Gyeongbuk was taken about this research.

The result are as follows;
First, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction influence directly on the customer orientation. A number of studies show that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction have a direct impact on customer orientation.
According to this research, if worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction are high, customer orientation appears also high. In a case of a relative influence, worker''s job satisfaction(.49) is higher than self efficacy(.21) and job satisfaction(.19). And that means cosmetology worker should try to advance one''s own professional ethics to elevate customer orientation in cosmetic business.
Second, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy and professional ethics influence directly on one''s job satisfaction. Consequently, worker''s self efficacy and professional ethics influenced directly on one''s job satisfaction.
According to the result of this research, if worker''s self efficacy and professional ethics are high, one''s job satisfaction appears also high. In a case of a relative influence, worker''s professional ethics(.43) is higher than self efficacy(.25). And that means cosmetology worker should try to advance one''s own professional ethics to elevate job satisfaction.
Thirdly, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy influences directly on one''s professional ethics. Consequently, worker''s self efficacy influenced directly on one''s job satisfaction. If worker''s self efficacy is high, one''s professional ethics appears also high. And that means cosmetology worker should try to advance one''s own self efficacy to elevate professional ethics.
Fourthly, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy influences indirectly on one''s job satisfaction through professional ethics. Consequently, worker''s self efficacy influenced indirectly on one''s job satisfaction through professional ethics. Namely, worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction are related.
Fifthly, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker''s self efficacy influences indirectly on customer orientation through professional ethics. Consequently, worker''s self efficacy influenced indirectly on customer orientation through professional ethics. And that means there is a direct corelation among three factors.
Sixthly, the statistical verification took effect on the assumption that cosmetology worker'' self efficacy influences indirectly on customer orientation. Consequently, worker''s self efficacy influenced indirectly on customer orientation through one''s professional ethics. Namely worker''s high self efficacy was directly connected to one''s high job satisfaction. And worker''s high job satisfaction was directly related to one''s customer orientation.
As stated above, cosmetology worker''s self efficacy, professional ethics, and job satisfaction have a very important relationship with customer orientation. And to conclude, the worker should forward one''s own professional ethics, job satisfaction with self efficacy. Customers will continue to grow with a qualitative improvement of worker''s customer orientation. And profits of cosmetology business will also increase with satisfied customers.
