According to the plan and function planning of the buildings, the
irregular plates with cutout in the corner edges are seen
frequently, but in this case the stress analyses are incomplete.
Therefore analyzing the irregular plates by the Finite Element
Method, comparing the behavior of the principal and shear stress
of the irregular plates with those of the regular plates. In
order to eliminate errors computer was used in not only
analyzing stress but also dealing with data.
