This study is aimed at comparing and analyzing what effects were created to one's physical fitness and body compositions after applying training programs types-aerobic training, resistance training and complex training-to three groups constituted by seven male lower grade university students, totally 21 students, three times a week for eight weeks, and verifying what different effects were made between the groups.
The study subjects were male freshmen and sophomores studying at M university who were chosen by simple random sampling, the author obtained the following results after verifying pre-post differences three times a week for eight weeks. Factors of physical fitness 1. The improvement levels of back strength, legs strength, cooper test, push-up, sit-up, trunk flexion and trunk extension for the assessment of the examination of the male student's physical fitness before and after training statistically showed meaningful differences in all the given areas except leg strength in all the groups of aerobic training, resistance training and complex training. 2. According to the verification of effect differences between the groups by the improvement level of the male students' physical fitness, the complex training group achieved increase, but they showed meaningful differences only in push-up statistically. 3. All the three groups did not showed the interaction effects either before training or after training. Factors of body compositions. 1. According to the results of an analysis of the factors of body compositions of the male students before and after training, body weight, total body water, lean body mass and fat mass, percent body fat did not show any statistical meaningful differences, and it appeared meaningful increases only in muscle mass about before and after training. 2. According to the results which were obtained with the verification of effect differences in aerobic training, resistance training and complex training by the improvement levels of the male students' training groups, all the three groups only displayed similar increases in body weight, total body water, lean body mass, muscle mass, fat mass and percent body fat, and did not show any statistical meaningful differences one another. 3. The interaction effects before and after training did not show any meaningful differences about all the areas of factors of body compositions. These results tell that any types of exercises can contribute to the improvement of one's physical fitness, and will offer data for effective training programs not only for the management of changes in one's physical fitness and body compositions but also for thedevelopment of one's physical fitness. In conclusion, when applying aerobic training, resistance training or complex training appeared positive effects on physical fitness and body compositions.
