The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the perceived organizational citizenship behavior of physical education teachers, perceived service quality, student satisfaction, and intention to participate in lifetime physical activities. The sample of this study was selected from students at two high schools located in Incheon. Among a total of 360 participants, 325 responses were used to conduct data analysis. SPSS 13.0 was used for descriptive statistics and LISREL 8.7 was utilized for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results revealed that the perceived organizational citizenship behavior of the physical education teachers positively influenced both perceived service quality and student satisfaction for physical education classes among the high school students. In addition, the perceived service quality of physical education classes had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Both perceived service quality and student satisfaction were positively related to the intention to participate in lifetime physical activities after high school graduation. Lastly, the discussion of results and implications were suggested.
