This study aims to survey the poems of Kim, Yong-Ho(鶴山, 1912～1973), focus on the aspects of the poetic developments through his whole works.
He is one of the poets for the safety of nation's peace and development, especially every crisis of the modern history, with poems full of affection for the common peoples.
The world of his poems could be divided into 3 periods. The early poems (1930's ～ the middle of the 1940's) are showing an indomitable will and belief for the independence of the country. The poems of the second period(about the Korean war) are full of the patriotism and conviction of the national salvation and racial pride. The poems of the last period (after the middle of the 1950's)are the works for the common people in poverty.
