Hidemitsu Tanaka is one of the writers of Buraiha. Hidemitsu Tanaka has a tendency of the different literature with the writer of other Buraiha. Tazai Osamu and Sakaguchi Ango were already known as a professional writer while living in Japan even for the war period. However, Hidemitsu Tanaka went to the front of war and cooperated with the policy of the Japanese empire in Korea. Thus, after the end of the war, Hidemitsu Tanaka wrote the novel of the background of the war period in a meaning to reflect on activity of the war period.
Yako is a representative work of Hidemitsu Tanaka. It is a work of the beginning of the novel group called Keikomono. When he have begun to have a doubt toward Communist Party temple activity in January, 1947, Hidemitsu Tanaka is a love story with Yamazaki Keiko which encountered in Shinjuku. The content is the novel which described Watasi and Keiko of the lover and love relations with his wife in. Wife and I who became the dilemma among lovers destroy a family. Quantity of liquor and the medicine increases by oneself and falls into state of dementia after all.
It seems that seeing a lover between child and wife is the characteristic that Yako has the place that just symbolizes literature and the coming and going of the reality life. Just after the end of the war, the story that one man and the great woman of the writer of Braiha loved each other in the unstable time must be a work of a monument showing a pattern of the love that is the inimitableness of the one.
